Larry’s vast experience in entrepreneurial ventures and traditional finance has allowed him to observe the dislocation of capital and the revolutionary changes occurring in the private capital markets. He believes that online investment platforms have become an important mechanism to allow investors to gain access to private markets.
Larry has over 25 years of real estate finance and development experience. He is the CEO of Terracap Management Inc., a real estate development firm. Larry has been active in real estate as a principal, lawyer, and consultant where he has been directly involved in numerous real estate investments including negotiating deals, sourcing debt and equity, and establishing the strategic vision for each asset. Larry sits on the board of numerous private companies. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and holds a Masters of Law in taxation from Osgoode Hall. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. |
